Iberians constructed with sun-dried mud bricks, stone and wood following traditional techniques. Its architecture was architrave, with ground covers and flat lintels.
Romans contributed to the world of architecture by inventing the use of the mortar, arches and bricks. Mortar (concrete) is composed of sand, lime and water, and makes it possible to construct vaults, which allows buildings to rise and gain strength and creativity.
